Sakura never had a romantic relationship with Naruto. Not even close. In fact, she had hated Naruto for the first part of the series.
Yes, Naruto did have feelings for both Hinata and Sakura at one point. He had a schoolboy crush on Sakura since they were in the academy, but his feelings for Hinata were more complex.
In the epilogue, set years after the end of the Fourth Ninja War, it is shown that Sakura and Sasuke had married and had a daughter, Sarada Uchiha.
Funny thing is, and I hope I remember this correctly, Naruto actually kissed both Sakura and Sasuke on two separate occasions. The former happened late near the end of Shippuden for medical reasons, while the latter happened early in Naruto… They also have a child….
In the beginning of the series, Sakura had a massive crush on Sasuke Uchiha. Sasuke saw her as little more than a spoiled princess, a view that Sakura later realised herself after providing no assistance during dangerous missions.
After Naruto defeated Toneri and saved the shinobi world, Naruto then reiterated his love for Hinata and stated that he wanted to be with her for the rest of his life, much to her happiness, and the two had their first kiss upon returning to Earth.
At that age, Naruto doesn't even know his type. He crushes on sakura just like Lee. When sakura obsesses over Sasuke instead of him, it becomes more of a competition to him.
Naruto and Sakura's relationship evolves from disdain and unrequited love to mutual respect and admiration over time.
